WE STRIVE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU WITH YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOUR CANCELLED APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE WAITING.
WE APPRECIATE THAT YOU FOLLOW OUR 48 HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE AND CONSIDER OUR TIME AS WE VALUE YOURS.
FAILURE TO CANCEL WITH THE 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN US NEEDING TO CHARGE YOU FOR 50% OF THE SERVICES YOU HAD BOOKED, PRIOR TO BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICES THEY WERE BOOKED FOR.
